I kind of mix and match different Hells from different campaigns... I would highly recommend picking up "The Book of Fiends" by Green Ronin. It has some really cool devils that can give you tons of ideas. It also lays out a decent Hell setting. It is a must have IMO.

Find a copy of "Robin's Laws of Good Gamemastering". It is a little book with some great tips for becoming good at DMing. It isn't system-specific, so no matter what game you DM, you can benefit from reading it. I highly recommend it.
