Is it, though? I'd say that it could be argued that PCs murder-hoboing "all the evil humanoids and the women and the children too" says rather more about the players than the module itself. As to the argument that all humanoids are evil and that that's racial stereotyping or even culturally...

I was wondering the same thing. The document itself rather looks like a submission, what with the staples and all. The yellow bit looks a bit more like something that may have been in a zine, for it has a strong resemblance to what the pages in early issues of Alarums & Excursions looked like...

Yup. At least it says so on the yellow bit. So that would make the Aronson illusionist date back to either 1974 or 1975 depending on what month in 1975 Greyhawk was published.
