I can see the players weeping at these guys as it doesn't quite matter how much they keep hitting, they can take enormous amounts of damage. Using OGC is what the OGL is there for - to allow us to use eachothers material. I agree with pawsplay, ask if they want to be credited and be done with it.

A good, "pro game quality" artist is probably around 1000$ for a colour cover. Some charge by the hour, in which case you'll get somewhere around 50-100$ per hour.
