standard dice are how big? I see 30mm dice and 55 mm dice, and little bitty dice, but, for comparisons sake, what is the standard size for RPG dice, say, those found in the D&D adventure game or most FLGS?

As terrific as they are, they would be more useful compiled into one volume. The 3.0 DMG stands up as an outstanding guide to how to D&D. Dungeoncraft was (and still is) a wonderful series, but Monte's were the best and all worked together to encourage constructive DM thinking.
