Theories regaurding the change in rules of D&D.

Retraining rules and circumstance bonuses and penalties cover this.

    Would this be evil?

Which isn't the case of the OP.

When you're an "evil" person, what non-evil term do you use to describe yourself?

I think that this is a good example of how a lawful evil person describes their actions.

    Replacing a lost arm

I think there's some sort of robo-arm in the Book of Exalted deeds.

    Would this be evil?

    Definitely not.

    Armor Spikes: Unpractical?

The other problem with dungeon punk is that armor (spiked or unspiked) isn't very good if it isn't covering your squishy organs.

How would you do 3.5e in 160 pages?

U killed my father. Prepare to die.

    OotS #481 is up

They dropped it on the squid. At least, I'm sure most PCs would try it

Law vs. Chaos - the forgotten conflict

I'd advise, though, that you don't read more than two or three of them. They get really repetitive.

Theories regaurding the change in rules of D&D.

I agree with SHARK on one major point- the fighter's skills *are* pitiful, and it really constrains any character that uses the class.

Law vs. Chaos - the forgotten conflict

One of the problems with this conflict is that most aspects that define law and chaos are identical.

    What's Pun-Pun?

CR: Don't run, you'll die tired The rest of the stat block: Pun-Pun Commoner 1 (with every other class in the game + arbitrarily large and hitdice +infinity) Small Humanoid (reptilian) Divine Rank: Infinite Hit Dice: d4 + Infinity + Infinityd8 (Infinite HP) Initiative: Infinite Speed: Infinite...

    What's Pun-Pun?

I'm entirely sure that that number is inaccurate. As soon as you introduce any rules expansion, Pun-Pun has access to all abilities therein.

    Magic Item Compendium, p. 44

I think it was the great cleavage that got to them.

    Now that's funny.

What's a 10-foot pole really worth to you?

Who keeps a 10 foot pole? My character always has a ladder. Much more useful.

Hey! Let's make another bad module!

(By the way, if the players remembered to search the lava for loot, they should have the AXE OF MORGOSH now.)

    What's Pun-Pun?

Divine minion isn't needed. It's a trick to get the character level the lowest, but isn't an essential part of what pun-pun is. Pun-Pun is, essentially, abusing the horribly broken manipulate form ability to abuse every other rules loophole. Anything that any character can do, pun-pun can...

Plug my hole! (my players stay out!)

Involve Lovecraft. The demiplane is adrift in the far realms. Each time you travel to it a little bit of the Far Realms seeps into the world. Each trip taints you a little more.

Why do levels one and two suck so bad?

Because I enjoy having characters that I like, and it's hard to like someone who's already dead. And I'm not going to want to spend much time preparing backstory which can be completely wiped out on a higher-than-average roll. Early levels are much more enjoyable with some safeguards in place...
