I would follow Crothian and also say no. An arcane spell cast by a cleric via Anyspell is a divine spell. I think this works the same way as for example for the bard: a bard's CLW is still an arcane spell.

Oh, I forgot one thing! What does "Low-Light vision" as a 1st-level Sword Dancer-ability mean? I mean one of the prerequisites is being an elf/half-elf, so a character applying for this PrC has low-light vision already.
