My FLGS is a 40K store. You deal with the money partner and he knows 40K and educational games (their other big product). You talk to the working stiff partner and he's a bit more savvy on RPGs but I still fill him in on the latest stuff. I had to clue him in on AU even though I won't be buying...

I'm planning (and have been for the longest time!) to approach this. I run a weekly HackMaster group along with several online play-by-post games. I want to start an OAD&D group and an LA in Kalamar group on a semi-weekly basis. My real life soap opera has interfered with this plan severely...

I'd be willing to run a single round local HackMaster tournament at our next game day. Minimum two tables, nine players, to maintain sanction. I could run both tables staggered or they could run simultaneously with another GM.
