The only hit for my handle is someone spelling abishai wrong, which makes sense because that's how I came up with it.

Action Points for re-rolls: what breaks?

Something to consider: Some paragon paths grant the ability to use action points to re-roll attacks, so if you do this then you will need to replace those abilities if a player takes one of those paths.

    Interview with Mike Mearls

Does anyone have a link to the black-box thread Mearls talked about in this interview?

    Dominated

I'm really not sure why I spent several minutes checking all of the indexes/glossary and several other places that might have the info, but never thought to check the condition page to find out what a certain condition did. I feel kind of silly. Thanks!

    Dominated

I want to use a Vampire Lord against my PCs, but I cannot find the rules for being dominated in 4e. Can anyone point me to them? Thanks.

    Dozens of Minions, Bad Idea?

To see a cool example of this watch the first minute or so of the gameplay example here: http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/ I am totally using something like this on my paragon-tier players.

    Dragonborn: Boobs or No Boobs?

I'm not. It was quite disapointing; no dragonborn and no boobs.

D&D 4E 4e death of creative spell casting?

WotC also considers this important. From the 4e information page: David Noonan on spells: "After two class meetings yesterday, I discover that I'm still smitten with the way we're "siloing" PC capabilities now. For example, it was always unfortunate how phantom steed had to compete with...

    Condition Track

I bet this is all there is to the track; it is easy to track, and it keeps the game heroic fantasy.

Complete Disagreement With Mike on Monsters (see post #205)

Compare what he proposes with statting up an NPC in 3e; to me 4e sounds like it saves much more than a few seconds. Is your suggestion not analogous to 3e NPC creation? If not, could you clarify the difference?

What are they going to call wizards?

Nice. As an aside, it always sounds to me like he says "Tim?" rather than just "Tim". I guess casting so many fireballs have made him forget his name.

    He said, she said

A mixture, like in 3e, would be good (I didn't vote).

Gaming Pornography: Will 4th Edition lead to a more Realistic and Useful Game?

This deserves an award. Maybe the ENnies should include a song category?

    What about the non-melee clerics?

I'll bet a $20 donation to ENWorld that clerics will have viable options besides melee combat.

    Target Demographic?

I'd guess the target starts around 16; once you're in high school, basically.

Gaming Pornography: Will 4th Edition lead to a more Realistic and Useful Game?

This argument has been used several times, both in this thread and in creating school curriculums, but I haven't really heard a solid justification. Why is it useful to learn about ancient mythology? I'm not saying I think it isn't; I really don't have an opinion because I have neither heard nor...
