The adventure was DDEX3-13 Writhing in the Dark. The version on the DMs Guild is the updated version. If your copy is missing stat blocks and tiering information, its the old version. If you do not notice any issues there, its the updated version.

The part of the vanishing hills and quivering forest attach to the northeast corner of barovia, and the village of Orasnou appears in that area (inside Barovia, north of Svalich woods) when it does.

Just for clarity, BMG (and the same staff) has organized Winter Fantasy, Origins, and Gen Con for more than a decade. If you enjoyed Gen Con two years ago, it was the same people. The only difference was the level of material support that WOTC provided (statues, banners, castle walls, etc...).

There is always at least one special mission for each faction every season. Season 3 has two due to the level spread.
