Definately not WF, though I would be inclined to treat it as a two-handed weapon for being disarmed purposes. Otherwise, you have the odd circumstance of being disarmed of one half of your double weapon. When you are disarming, it would depend on if you want to two-weapon fight or not.

Could somebody post the AC, attack rate, damage and hit points for a 26th level fighter to compare this to? Having never managed higher then 13th level in a game, I would like to get a more apples to apples comparison. My experience just doesn't cover power at these levels.

Assuming you mean Effective Character Level (ECL), not Encounter Level (EL). Losing hit dice really hurts fighter characters. Losing one or two isn't too bad, especially if you start at higher levels. But once you start losing, say, 3 or more, losing base attack bonus starts to hurt for feat...
