Oh, I've no problem with that at all. I rarely skimp on details, especially in a game like Cthulhu d20, which would be be really, really sparse without some spice (lacking a lot of rules). It's so customizable it's begging for backround. Not that I would skimp if it didn't beg. I'd just feed...
