So... 3.5 is done in Dragon and Dungeon

Yep. That has been the plan all along. Luckly there are now literally TONS of 3.5 material that keep dropping in price as time goes by. Your local gaming store would be happy to support your 3.5 game with backstock for many years to come. The idea that WotC is not supporting 3.5 is not painful...

You can always roll your own. What kind of Tiny race would you like to play? Humanoid? Dragon? Animal (awakened or ex-Familiar) or animal like? Fey? Sorry, no Tiny Giants allowed. :)

    Mithral Question

I also made up some rules for mithral weapons. Mithral Weapons are masterwork finesse weapons that deals silver damage, benefits from greater hardness, and weighs half as much as its steel counterpart. You can use Weapon Finesse with a mithral weapon, even though it isn’t a light weapon for...

    Mithral Question

I remember extrapolating the price of mithral and adamantine because I wanted to come up with mithral and adamantine currency. I concluded that they are both about 500 gp/lbs, which means that a mithral piece and an adamantine piece would be worth the same as a platinum piece (10 gp), as all...

Is there a feat to make Use Magic device a class skill?

In my game, every PC essentially has the Able Learner feat. Cross class skills cost one skill point for each rank. Normal cross-class limits still apply when you level. You cannot increase the number of ranks in a skill passed the cross-class limit when you are leveling in a class where that...

A question for the women...a pregnant PC?

I just wanted to remind everyone that Xena was able to destroy the entire Greek pantheon while she was nine months pregnant. Which, of course, shows that you can adventure while pregnant. :)

Calm Emotions; how would you rule this?

Compromise and make it a gaze attack instead of an aura. Therefore, players have some options.

    Techno-fantasy or Future/sciencefantasy settings

As mentioned about, Dragonstar. An excellent mixing of D&D fantasy and sci-fi. It does contain an interstellar empire, but that is easy to ignore. My DM used these books heavily when our Forgotten Realms PCs went back a couple of thousand years in time to find that the world was part of a...

SCAP set in the Wilderlands of High Fantasy - What are the basics to tell my players?

Things to work out before running the Rufus encounter. Are the surrounding buildings one story, two stories, or what? What is the DC to climb up the wall of the building? What about the side of the building with windows and other footholds? What about jumping up and grabbing the bottom edge of...

need a more powerful elven race

My DM came up with a good solution. Because elves are long lived, the average level of an elf in an elf community is 10. So, lots of Commoner 10 elves around.

    Halflings and Thrown Weapons

I have never considered the idea to apply the halfling bonus to melee attacks with a thrown weapon before. Although I suppose it can be successfully argued, I believe that it goes against the spirit of the rule to do so.
