Like 3.5/Pathfinder the mechanics are open for use in creating other OGL products, but the "product identity" content is not. So you could make a 13th Age compatible adventure using the rules, but you couldn't use the setting (including the icons), artwork, the 13th Age logo, etc. in your adventure.

If we can find a volunteer GM willing and able to run it in Games on Demand, sure. We're still working out what the 13th Age/Pelgrane presence at PAX will consist of.

We've recruited a GM to run at least one listed Hillfolk game in addition to the demos. It was submitted Monday for approval so keep an eye out. When it's live we'll also announce it on Pelgrane's social channels along with 18 more 13th Age sessions.
