Yeah, no. They still haven't apologized to the MTG community for the 30th Anniversary debacle, and this was an unforced error on their part. I'm not forgiving them for being the ones to lob the grenade into their own community's trust and goodwill, even if they're jumping on it now.

We'll see how honest they're being, to be sure. But this means the people in WotC who didn't want to change things won the internal battle. So we now watch to see if they follow through on putting stuff in the CC.

Why are you trusting their word on this? WotC's word is worthless unless done in a way that is legally binding.

Fair enough. The RL is a big ol' ball of argle-bargle at the best of times, because there's two sides to it that are equally vehement about it and have mutually exclusive goals. I only brought it up because they broke it in a way that, impressively, made no one happy.
