Attention GMs: As a reminder (and to live up to my title of Gameday Nazi): please make sure you get any schedule changes or switch-arounds you may be considering made as soon as possible, preferably by tomorrow night. Registrations open up on Friday, and it would be super sweet for all involved...

The room spacing will be fine. Schedule it according to what day works best for you -- just make sure you do so before Friday. Moving stuff after registration begins is a MAJOR NO-NO! ;)

It happens -- if you've got a burning desire to run something, by all means, submit it. You can always pull it down if you don't get enough folks. In re: the number of games per session, the TOP WOMEN AND MEN involved have determined this: 1) We don't really want to tell anyone they can't run...

Nah, keep your game where it is -- I'm moving my Fiasco game to "tentative" so you'll have space to do yours (which will likely be more popular AND you *might* consider stretching yourself to run a 6-player game :) ).

Saturday scheduling In re: scheduling on Saturday, for BOTH sessions, we're theoretically maxed out for the games scheduled already for the space we *know* we will have. We may get a larger space with more breathing room, but we probably won't know that until much closer to the actual Gameday...

If we remain in the small room, as currently scheduled, it will be tight. Some games, like Fiasco, won't require lots of space. And we can spill over with tables in the hallway. If we score the larger room, as hoped (and possible), we should be OK. It will all work out... it always does. How...
