    OotS 1003

I'm just saying it looks like Durkula was grabbing Roy, with no AoO being drawn, leaving few ways that would have happened.

    OotS 1003

Durkon was a Cleric, but Durkula is a vampire cleric. Skills remain the same, but feats don't have that stipulation. And since RB has already shown Vampire sentience are not the same as the host's soul, it is doubly likely Durkula could have a different feat selection than Durkon.

Not if Durkula has improved grapple. Energy Drain is one per round, Con Drain is separate, but once per round. I did forget ability drain is 5 temp HP per instance, not 5 per point drained. But last I remembered, this "Temp HP doesn't stack" was something that never entered the rules, merely...

New D&D Movie To Go Ahead - Produced By Lego Movie's Roy Lee

yeeeeah, as much as I like Athas, that ain't happening after what happened with John Carter (of Mars).

    OotS 1003

I'm confident the author has enough artistic integrity that the OOTS losing is well within the realm of possibility. This isn't a Hollywood movie where the studio can demand an audience pleasing ending for their investment.

THe only surprise is if the rage HP let him survive the fall.

Unearthed Arcana Unearthed Arcana: Another New Ranger Variant

None of the other stuff gave the best HD {& doubling Con value from HD healing] and an extra attack action each fight from first level.

Unearthed Arcana Unearthed Arcana: Another New Ranger Variant

I'm amazingly disappointed they felt this was good enough to publish even on their web page.

Unless the feat HAS a "level" requirement, not just BAB, that won't happen until the drain goes permanent.

    OotS 1003

He's grappling, which deals unarmed damage, which for Durkula includes taking 2 levels off the top. Roy gets a bucket of penalties, Durkula gets 10 temp HP. Grappling also shuts off Roy's sword until Roy breaks the grapple. and Durkula should also have enough BAB to go for at least 1 pin this...

D&D 5E (2014) XP Per Adventuring Day Per Player is Ridiculous

Every encounter in a day isn't supposed to be deadly. Many small encounters add up. Just because a wandering encounter might be trivial to the PCs, it should still happen. The only issue will be when players take so long to choose actions or move minis that a handful of dire rats take half an...

D&D 5E (2014) Ice Knife (from EE Players Companion) twinnable?

It is not a separate instance. And even if one tries to ignore the game developer, the ability says the same thing.

D&D 5E (2014) Can an undead character be restored to life?

It looks like somebody had 3Era on the brain when they wrote the MM text. 3Era had specific stipulations; undeath & death magic boned being raised and you only had until nightfall to raise someone killed by energy draining.

D&D 5E (2014) Does a nonmagic arrow from a magic bow pierce nonmagic weapon resistance?

Yes, because magical ammunition still consumed on a hit and yet is one single piece when rolled as loot.

D&D 5E (2014) Ice Knife (from EE Players Companion) twinnable?

I'd say no, same casting, same spell. Plus it fits the spirit of Twin Spell since it is supposed to spread the damage out and not even Meteor Swarm gets to double up the damage through overlapping area.

    D&D 5E (2014) Darkness Spell Vision

So powerful, WOTC eratted the vision rules to deal with the combo of Darkness & Truesight (and similar abilities).

    Boss Monster [Card game]

Problem with NOT eliminating players who are out of the running is that they turn into griefers who will likely bring biases to the game now that they won't be winning.

    D&D 5E (2014) i need more necromancy spells

I thought you might have meant spells like this... Bonespear 1st-level Necromancy Casting Time: 1 action Range: 90 feet Components: V, S, M (a ivory spike worth at least 50gp) Duration: Instantaneous You hurl a foot long spike of bone wrapped in dark energy at a creature that you can see...

Oh, I wouldn't worry about that, undead mooks are supposed to be quantity over quality.
