Well, my face-to-face will be staying 4E, I am pretty sure, but my online play might go 5E. Right now my online play is sometimes Labyrinth Lord (1E) or 3.5, so 5E might have a place there. For online, i want a simpler system than 4E.

My group does not go there. It is too RL for us. We do try to keep most RL hassles and other things out of our games by mutual consent.

There are not really supposed to be any divine characters on Dark Sun at all, so you are well into house-rules territory and can do whatever you like. Ask your DM. As for being the best healer, I would suggest a cleric/warlord hybrid. They get lots of great healing powers.
