When thinking of sub-classes or hybrid classes, I look at the four basics. Paladin is not one of those and is not really a sub-class. It is more of a hybrid between CLeric and Fighter. It is a solid class type.

Well, GM authority is sitting at two places at my table, s two of us take turns running, and in many cases, even after discussing things, we agree the DM's rule or interpretation stands. It makes less trouble with roadbumps in the game. As far as booting people, we have never done that.
