How was this playtest, in any way shape or form? For me, I would have preferred to see what kinds of spells were most popular, not jsut going by names. I made sure to check spells ofr the effects, not necessarily the names. I want summoning again, I want planer travel, _i want versatile...

I voted Play 4E, not interested either way, but that is because of the topic, not the presentation. I just do not like drow. But the idea of edition free stuff is an awesome idea and I fully support WOTC doing this in the future.

This makes no sense. Why not roleplay combat also, and everything else for that matter? That way, all you need is some people together anywhere, and do it all in your heads? This may work, but it is not really D&D and should not be confused as such, or any RPG.

WOTC? I have a lot of confidence in WOTC and D&D. Hasbro and D&D, pretty much zilch.

This is a very positive development, even though I have all the 3.5 stuff I need.

I prefer to ahve abilities listed in the order you getthem, but with upgrades and such in the original text block, and not essentials style, which really annoyed me.
