This is a good (but late and small) first step. They still don't mention the de-authorization issue, only talking about content already published on the Ogl. I will wait and see what they do on friday.

Understanding the In Terrorem Effect of Litigation

Being a bit more serious now, I've always felt it was really strange how little (as far as I know) there is a care for accessibility to the judicial system in the US. Not acessing the system because you would not be able to afford it to me is a HUGE problem, one that puts in check the whole...

Why I'm not boycotting the movie, video games, comic books or novels over the OGL scandal, just D&DB & hardcovers.

you’re going to hear people say that they won, and we lost . Those people will only be half right. They won—and so did we.

Why I'm not boycotting the movie, video games, comic books or novels over the OGL scandal, just D&DB & hardcovers.

I'm gonna watch it because I want to watch it. I'm not even the metric corpos use to see if a movie does well. I endured all the other D&D movies, and now that it's at least pretty, I'm not supposed to do it?

Legal Eagle has entered the chat, about OGL 1.1

Well, he is a Lawyer, with a channel focused in the legal aspect of issues. The psicological effects of the OGL are not really on the scope of his brand. Legally speaking, for most of the content creators the OGL was and is useless, even if it does make them feel safe.
