Ah thank you. This is what I thought it'd be, so Humans (and to a lesser level Half-Elves) can have all but 1 at-wills (or 2 wizards). I am happy the wizard gets the extra as I think there will likely be a few more build types you can do with him.

I like the look of the system. It looks like you can split class fine with just taking feats to swap out some of your main class powers for subclass powers. Burning feats means you will not be as good at your main class but you will be able to do more over all. A fighter with tumble to get into...

I can see it working in a few ways really. Striker: on the fly damage dealing magic items and item based powers. Such as one that can add damage to wands (or whatever magic gun replacement there is) or to change a normal stick into a powerful staff for one encounter (say as a per-day power)...
