That's because there is no such feat in the rules. But it seems to be a more and more common houserule, since the weapon focus ruling is blatantly unfair to casters with a non-weapon implement, and the elemental damage feats are just plain stupid. :cool:

At Paragon, you can combo with Lasting Frost to make it affect anything. But at Heroic, yeah, it's pointless.
