    D&D 5E (2024) D&D 2024 Player's Handbook Reviews

Yeah maybe by 2030 I might be ready for 6th edition. Right now I'm super cool with a .5 revision. In fact I think with such a short dev time, a brand new edition would have likely been messy and rushed(kinda like 4th edition, which I did enjoy but acknowledge it needed more time in the oven.)...

    D&D 5E (2024) D&D 2024 Player's Handbook Reviews

Honestly I don't care if you play the game or not. I have watched alot of reviews so far and dnd shorts is the most negative I've seen and he straight up says in the video most of his negativity is because hasbro owns wotc. In fact that is probably the number negative that most people day(me...

    D&D 5E (2024) D&D 2024 Player's Handbook Reviews

Dudes, I don't think wizards played it safe with 5e. Their butt's where against the wall at that point. I still think all around 5e is not just the best dnd but it in my opinion so don't freak the best roleplaying game system made. That's why there is so much successful 3rd party books and stuff...

    D&D 5E (2024) D&D 2024 Player's Handbook Reviews

Just some quick points.I like the 5.5 ranger. It is the best version of 5th edition.its alot like Tasha's version, just a little bit more streamlined. It still puts out good dps, gets to be a pretty good skill monkey. They fixed atleast most of the combat spells to not use concentration(mostly)...

    D&D 5E (2024) New stealth rules.

Invisible condition seems like the way they are trying to streamline the gamey side of dnd. If you don't like as a dm use 2014s or homebrew.

    D&D 5E (2024) D&D 2024 Player's Handbook Reviews

Anyone who played 3rd edition will recognize this as 3.5 or 3.24 if you like. I like this. I don't want a new edition, I want an update, which is what we got. Now having said this I still think I'm gonna use alot of 2014 feats and races, even ones that have .24 versions like gwm and mountain...

D&D 5E (2024) Is anyone going to use the new 2024 backgrounds?

I allow custom backgrounds. None of my players have used it.

    D&D 5E (2024) New Jeremy Crawford Interviews

None of my current players have played a 5e pally. So they won't even miss the classes nova potential. I will let old subclasses but not the 2014 class. I am curious how a 2014 way of elements using 2024 class would do alongside a 5.5 for elements monk. I'm also gonna allow old races like...

    D&D 5E (2024) New Jeremy Crawford Interviews

I played a few 1st edition modules with 2nd edition as a player. They where mostly compatible. I would say pc classes like ranger and bard where the editions changed the most.

What if I decide to use both? Do you think 2014 gwm is overpowered in 2024? Honestly interested in opnions.

    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Player's Handbook reveal: "New Ranger"

So back on point. I'm actually liking alot of the new ranger with some minor things I don't like. I like hunters mark being the focus of it's damage output. Honestly I think it should not be a spell at all. I also think the hunters ability to hit an extra target, should have been an extra dice...
