The Sage has ruled that Ambidex can be used with ranged weapons, but TWF cannot. The only mention in the PHB is in the Crossbow section, but the FAQ goes over it.

You should really consider taking Dispel Magic. Dispel Magic + Tank and/or Rogue can open any door even if it's Arcane locked, so unless the group has no other means of opening mundane doors, Knock is nigh useless if you have Dispel Magic. That's the only thing that jumps out at me right now...
