For those of you demanding adventures . . .

I think you mean Fiery Dragon. Seems like a sweet product, too bad I can't get it in Canada... from a Canadian company... that doesn't seem to respond to questions and queries about where to get it in Canada.... Say in Alberta, Canada. Sigh :( As to the original topic, while I don't subscribe...

    PDF Adventure recommendations

As the title, I'm looking for some good adventures ... PDF style! Preferably something for lower level characters (my party is currently 3rd) involving lost dungeons / ancient ruins. What do YOU recommend?

While not Gibson-esque, it did make me laugh.

    Defining a decade with a movie: 1990s

Independence Day. While not the worst movie ever, it's in my list of "ten things I would rather gouge my eyes out than see", but to me it summarized most of the movies of the 90s. Do away with plot / acting / storytelling and focus on things blowing up.

    Campaign Planner Deluxe

I picked it (CPD) up a couple of days ago. So far my opinion is ... mixed. The forms are pretty good, but the organization is terrible. I haven't seen CP 1, 2, or 3 but I suspect that they were just all added together, one after another into one document (I suspect this because there is a...

Reported post: So what's the best character sheet out there?(2239517)

Original post: in Thread So what's the best character sheet out there? Reason: Hmm... seeing the disclaimer at the bottom (of the report bad post form) I'm not sure this is the right place to air this, but the language filter is being bypassed with letters and numbers in this person's sig. If...

Except Boyikt the Kobold Wizard in Region A (In spellbook, not prepared - Room 68ish, I believe). :) Although I do beleive that is supposed to be a typo.

Well said. Although in the case of rudeness, I would just use the Report bad post button to bring it to a mod's attention.

    Conditions Precluding Withdraw or Tumble?

Wow, I just pulled my PHB out and discovered that you are correct about the not having to withdraw in a straight line. Good news for my players! The downside of your ironic "find" is that I didn't actually say "This is a basic concept". moritheil said it (post 18). Edit: I'm assuming that you...

    Conditions Precluding Withdraw or Tumble?

Well it depends if they are going in a straight line or not (you can only withdraw in a straight line - no turning corners!), but aside from that, yeah it is semantics :).

    Conditions Precluding Withdraw or Tumble?

While the effect is the same, the process is different. Double moving would draw an AoO for leaving the "first square", whereas Withdrawing does not draw an AoO for leaving the "first square". A double move is two seperate actions (a move and another move in place of a standard), a withdraw is a...

Do you trust the people you game with?

Most my group is pretty good, but I do have one players who I'm never sure of. He's got these crazy dice that you just can't see the numbers on and seems to always make Will/Ref saves/crits when needed etc. I'm about 80% sure he cheats but haven't been able to catch him on it yet.
