I agree the the RAW seem to prohibit it, but that's always bugged me. I allow it in my game as a house rule: You can ready a charge, but doing so is a full turn action and the charge you execute can only cover your normal move (not double move).

I guess the ideal thing would be for the publisher to make two versions: one with all the latest bells and whistles, and one that's compatible with, say, version 4 of the reader. I don't know how big a hassle that would be.

I believe Enamel is correct. So a huge dragon with this feat could grab and perhaps fly away with a human, but doesn't get to do automatic damage every round, since the size difference is only two. But the halfling's dragon chow. :)
