I priced it and I just didn't see myself selling 500 physical copies in the Kickstarter. So Drivethru was the best option - the fact that they do not take a percentage of the Kickstarter was the biggest incentive though.

Was someone going by 'Sunday Scott' on Facebook who sent an Ad (for my book) to an email list of 1000 cold customers (though regular Kickstarter backers). The result of which was over 100 sign-ups. Just not convinced 10% of cold customers are going to convert into backers of a niche RPG Book...

Tested the waters on one for a very small amount and got 100 or so extra sign-ups. But not convinced they will convert into solid backers and cannot check their legitimacy til after the campaign begins.
