Agree to disagree! I read all of Howard's Conan stories ~8 years ago, for the first time, and found most of the writing visceral and energetic (obviously there are some ethically problematic parts). They were real page-turners for me.

Yup- I would rather permit things for my players to use, than take them away. Set the expectation that these things are setting-specific, and then let GMs make the call on what they let in. ... Of course my cynical mind says that potentially means less book sales... But it's good to see that...
