    Sacred Arrows

One quick change though, I think it would be better to burn turn/rebuke undead on a one-to-one ratio for the feat.

    Sacred Arrows

I was told it was underpowered before putting it on the fighter list, but with the other stuff I added, I suppose taking it off would be merited. However, I think this one has the exact flavor I was looking for, and works much better.

Why is there so much hate?

Don't forget their immune to sleep and similar effects, and a +2 bonus on saving throws against enchantments, a +1 bonus on listen, search and spot checks, and the fact that they're counted as elf for all purposes related to race. Now, granted, that's not a lot, but it seems good to me!

    Sacred Arrows

OK, another edit to limit the power of it somewhat. Also, Arkhandus, the earliest you could get this feat as a fighter would be second level, as a human. And, the Sharingan is a supernatural thing that allows you to learn and copy any (spell) you see someone casting. I didn't read the effect...

Why is there so much hate?

OK, why is there so much hatred for half-elves? Seriously, every DM and most of the players I know mass so much hatred on them, and I cannot see why for the life of me! They say it's one of the worst races, and I think it's actually one of the better ones! Certainly not one of the best, but...

    Sacred Arrows

Made a couple modifications to it, one at the advice of someone one WotC. How does it look now?

    Gestault Powergaming

...You know, a Barbarian/Monk would be an interesting combo. I don't even know if that would work, but think about it. Monk bonuses, Barbarian rages!

    Sacred Arrows

OK, I was just reading on the Wizards forum, and someone came up with a Feat to grant the Sharingan from Naruto! After reading that, I felt compelled to come up with a Feat to grant the Sacred Arrows Kagome, from InuYasha, fires. Here's what I got, what do you think? Arrow of the Gods...

    Joyful monk variant?

No, I don't believe it did. Last book I ever saw for it was Search for Snout. As for the rest of you, the idea is that they derive their powers from submerging their mind into pure bliss and joy. Similar to the barbarian, but they teach that anger, fear and sloth are enemies, and must be...

    Joyful monk variant?

Well, it never gets totally permanent, just to the point where you don't have to make checks to maintain it. And you also have to take into account that, while it does get bigger bonuses than the average monk, it also does not get the Wis AC bonus, or the AC bonus for leveling that most monks get.

    Joyful monk variant?

OK, here's a variant I came up with for the monk class. I based it off of the character of Tar Gibbons from the book series Aliens Ate my Homework, written by Bruce Coville. I posted it on the Wizards of the Coast forum, and the general consensus there is that it looks pretty good, but needs...

    Relics

OK, the save for the rooster I just came up with on the spot. The Snake is at will, lasts as long as the talisman is grasped. The Ox is just a bonus. +2 Str for every character level, which stacks with any other bonuses the character may have. And as for the horse, hey. I just wrote them up, I...

Is there a feat that makes KNow skills class skils

The only problem with Able Learner is you have to be either a human or doppleganger, and it can only be taken at first level. I would reccommend the following feat from Complete Champion, myself. Knowledge Devotion: You can use your knowledge to exploit your foes' weaknesses and overcome their...

    Golden Ice (BoED)

Only if you favor evil or neutral characters. If you want your characters to epitomize the stereotypical Paladin ("Detect evil first, smite second, ask questions later), then it's perfect, because it gives them even more that they can use in their crusade against the Forces of Darkness!

    Relics

OK, here are some relics I've come up with, and I want everyone's opinions on them. Good bad or indifferent, just tell me what you think! By the way, the first two are from a TV series I adapted to D&D, the third is from the webcomic El Goonish Shive. The Twelve Talismans: This "relic" is...

How much would you sell a Bag of Devouring for ?

Probably, if you go to the plain it originated on and kill the base creature. Though that brings about the question of what happens to the bag when said creature is killed? Does it disappear? Turn into a normal bag? Turn into a bag of holding

    Dex Bonus to Damage?

Well, then, how about this? Superior Finesse Prerequresites: Dex 13+, Int 13+, Combat Expertise, Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus (any applicable for Weapon Finesse) Effect: Pick one weapon for which you posses the Weapon Focus feat and for which the Weapon Finesse feat applies. You may add your...

    Dex Bonus to Damage?

OK, then, modify it slightly to fit the rules for 3.5. Superior Finesse Prerequresites: Dex 13+, Int 13+, Combat Expertise, Weapon Finesse Effect: Pick one weapon for which the Weapon Finesse feat applies. You may add your Dex bonus to damage instead of your Str when using this weapon. Or...

    Golden Ice (BoED)

Well, the point is that Golden Ice, and thus, Touch of Golden Ice, only work on vile creatures who serve darkness and evil. Therefor, they are not "biological weapons" as you meant it, they are holy tools to rid the world of evil. And in answer to one of the op's questions, yes, even an evil...

    Dex Bonus to Damage?

...How is that using 3.0 mechanics? It's exactly the same thing Weapon Finesse does, except for damage instead of attacking.
