Greater Restoration (5th Level Spell) reduces Exhaustion by 1 level. Oh and Potion of Vitality (Very rare potion) removed all Exhaustion.

Bare in mind that you can move and have all your attacks, so in open spaces if another character counts as cover, it pretty much means in 95% of cases that you as the archer decided not to line up a better shot. Of course in closed spaces you are going to have more issues.

I have seen two games get to 18 (ran one, played one). Most games stop way before that.

Lizardfolk have the racial ability to use Spiked Shields, no one else can do that! ;o)

Note that in the PHB, Shadowdancers are explicitly mentioned as Monks with the Way of Shadows sub-class.

In my campaign world, the circular crypt of the Temple of Life contains a vast Uber-Flumph that continually buds the more common Flumphs and the Monastic Flumphs that attend to it.

I would try to avoid loading creatures down with innate spell casting tbh. The only examples we have seen so far have a cantrip and a couple of spells. I think anything more than that and either the creature should thematically have been built as a spell-caster, or your just watering down the...
