I think Neorealist is on the ball here. Personally, as a GM I would probably only rule that Warhorses come with proficiency in worn armour. Although I might allow you to train other animals to gain armour proficiency in downtime.

My first question would be why you feel the need to have a schedule for what the PCs should be doing?

I read it as the target must fail the initial wisdom save or nothing happens and that success on any of the secondary wisdom saves ends the Frightened condition.

I wouldn't worry about it. Every MM has to have Dragons in it by law, so by the time we get to the third and fourth one every type of dragon you can possibly think of will be in print.

Bladesong specifically prohibits lots of things; one of those things is specifically using a Shield. The 'only attacking with one hand' prohibition is completely separate to this.

If your GM has rewritten the rules so that you had half your level to all Ability checks, before you add proficiency bonus, then yes I think Jack-of-all-trades would feel somewhat less impressive.

It's worth remembering that Intelligence will be the casting stat for your High Elf Cantrip rather than Charisma, so you may want to avoid spells that rely on the casting stat to hit or save.
