Oh I know that, but just wanted to see what others think about it. I also plan to make them necromancy spells instead of conjuration for my homebrew. Necromancy in my setting will be considered a 'black art', generally misunderstood about what it actually is and there are very powerful healers...

Lets get right to the point... Why are there are no healing spells for the necromancy school? I mean it says necromancy has power over life-force so why not? Is it because that it also has power over death and the undead? I can see why it is a Conjuration spell, but then it begs the question...

Does Avlis NEED the Hotu expansion or is it that I need Hotu only if I want the Hotu-specific stuff? It would seem weird that I would need it because on Nordock, before I got SotU, I still saw others with Sotu and Hotu stuff running around...

IMC I have them as semi-nomadic hunter-gatherers of the arctic north who have very little, if any, contact with anyone else. Basically, the Furchin from the old 2e Complete Book of Gnomes & Halflings.

I see the berserker spirit as more of a curse brought on the character, not some class that you can progress into, which is why I wouldn't see it as a PrC. I would imagine a template that may have some things from it based upon one's character level. As for everything else... When I do things...
