I'd hate to bring inconveniences such as logic and physics into this but wouldn't a creature that causes 395 damage to a wall take the same amount of damage from the collision? And if so, why are we bothering with all these weapons and other forms of attacks?

I think we should consider moving the conversion project over to the wiki. It's a much better medium for these things.

It's not just that it's weaker than a lower-level power but it's also incredibly boring. The only reason I can see for anyone to take it is if you didn't take Evasive Strike at level 1 and suddenly decide that you want a power that does 2[w] when you hit level 3.

I wish all pets and mounts worked the same way. They should work like this: to make the pet do a move action, spend a minor action. To make the pet take a standard action, spend a move action. Pets take minor actions for free. I think this would be balanced and if all pets and mounts worked...

I could see Eladrin get +2 Str and +2 Int. If necessary I would balance this by dropping the +1 Will bonus. I'd give them +2 Str because they get Longsword proficiency and because it's a combo that works for a lot of classes.
