And more are coming. When I do not map and write for Columbia Games Inc. I will focus some of my free work on generic floorplans that can be used with any setting or any system. I have heard that there is a demand for free maps and such. :D

You could always have a look at my 101 Encounters Document. It is meant for the Harn RPG but since it is without any rules, it could EASILY be converted to any setting or system. Have a look at This Link

Hey, I resent that! :p Actually this really made me laugh right out even though I am a 100% Hârnfan. I wouldn't recommend Hârn to this guy though. Too dark and gritty probably and it has no drow and the like. Stick with something else (dunno what though). :)

Yes this is correct except for a few who were either paid well (Royal Guards and the like) or not at all (Templars etc.).

Well if you want a real feel 100% you need to buy a time machine like Olive wrote... :p However I can almost guarantee that you will not be disappointed with Hârn if you are looking for that type of game.
