Pathfinder 1E [Pathfinder] Well done, Paizo! (Pathfinder RPG)

Lawful Bards are now allowed, but rounds per day was one of the changing the final made to the beta (which had the same songs per day as 3.0/3.5).

    3.5 4e Editing Mistakes?

In my opinion lots of this stuff is less of a 'screwup' and more some kind of testing the waters. Screwups would be Complete Psion or the truenamer.

Is the psion what the fighter should have been? Forked Thread: New PH3 Class Psion!

They could easily do the same they did with 3.5 when they released the Bo9S. I, for one, welcome the introduction of new subsystems and greater differentiation between power sources.

Forked Thread: What game systems have character generators? (focus slightly changed)

There's also Second Step for Earthdawn. And compared to the Dark Eye, it's totally easy to create a character in 3rd Edition D&D (although even AD&D 1st and 2nd Edition had official character generators). There's also Anathema for Exalted, as well as some older character generators for the...

Why? Wild Shape isn't nearly as powerful as it was before.

    Neverwinter Nights MMO Rumour

Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance I and II were published by Interplay and the second part, which was a vast improvement in my opinion, was developed by Black Isle.

Elder Evils Updated One At A Time?

They *did* release the errata on 3.5 books they promised. Took them quite some time, though.

    Art Recycling

D&D 3 had very little reused art. They used the cover art of Sea Devils in the Sahuagin entry in the Monster Manual but that's about it. I'm not that familiar with AD&D art, but it if they did reuse such art, it was a lot less obvious than the way they are doing it now.

    Art Recycling

Am I the only one annoyed by the fact that about every 4E book reuses some art published in previous works? While this also happened in 3.5, especially with the Rules Compendium and, to a lesser degree, the Magic Item Compendium, it seems to me that it has gotten worth. Keep on the Shadowfell...

Not an Enless Quest book, but something similar

To increase the confusion, the american Steve Jackson authored some fighting fantasy books ,Scorpion Swamp for example.

Halls of the Giant Kings (Dungeon Tiles DU1): Worth buying? A good "starter" set?

DT1 and DT2 have problems of their own, their colors don't match the ones of the later sets. I don't expect WotC to rerelease them rather than publishing new 'base' sets (which may contain tiles similar to those of DT1 and 2 with a better matching color scheme and fixed doors).

What do you think about the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting Book

I always thought the Moonshaes were considered the worst (which seem to be still there).

    White Wolf: What's the Deal!?

There were about 25 HtR books. Demon, on the other hand, had about 10 books and was a limited book about the same way Promethean and Changeling are now. I never got that far into Hunter myself (I was always more of a changeling, mage, dark ages person), the game had its followers. It also wasn't...

    White Wolf: What's the Deal!?

Actually, the second VtM game was Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines. Requiem is the nWoD vampire game. And Hunter the Reckoning had three computer games, Hunter the Reckoning, Hunter the Reckoning Wayward and Hunter the Reckoning Redeemer (which is totally superior to Hunter the Reckoning, never...

    Idea: D&D TV Show

"The new adventures of Robin Hood". You do not want to see it. Ignorance is strength. Also, in a similar vein, "The Legend of William Tell" I admit that I saw quite a few episodes of Hercules, Xena and Sindbad, but there were shows far worse, but I somehow miss all those live action and...
