According to WotC and Mearls, the Friends and Family Playtest, which is what has been running for the last 3 months or so, is made up of 1100+ playtesters. I am guessing you are either wrong, or that you have some freakishly huge hands ;)
Considering they are still in Alpha, what are the chances that they have any sort of conversion document ready?
Anyway, the answer to your question is: no.
Good or bad? That's really hard to say. I thought it was great to have Monte on board for 5e, because although 3.x is far from my favorite edition, I still think he is a really good designer. But I do not think 5e is necessarily doomed without him. Depends in which way he was pulling the game...
They mentioned in the most recent podcast that they had taken TU away from the cleric only to put it back in after playtest feedback. Sounds as if it is fairly safe to assume that the cleric can turn undead, even though it is not mentioned in the article.
Heraldry is mentioned as a skill!
Core rules will look like Basic DnD, while classes will look more like the AD&D classes with a few more features, especially for fighters and rogues at higher levels.
Ninjaed :(
Perhaps I did. It's just that normally you are so creative, at least that is my impression of you, and making an initiative tracker, is so not - IMO, of course. Anyway, I wish you luck, and hope you can still surprise me ;)
DDI should be able to sustain them for a long time, unless people are already cancelling left and right. I must admit, that I haven't bothered checking.
