    I don't quite understand milestones

Like ozziewolf, I'm burnt out on all the bad-faith willful misinterpretation of rules around these parts. I wish there were an easier way to tell the people with real questions from the people who are twisting interpretations to make a point.

    More Divinity Feats

If you actually wanted Tharizdun's Throes to be useful to a PC, I'd change the Special entry to: Special: After you use this power, you fall unconscious and immediately gain a 'death counter'. But maybe you don't want that.

    D&D 4E How would you create a 4E Factotum?

I'd say Jack of All Trades is a must-have feat. But yeah, Rogue/arcane multiclass seems the best choice for what you described.

    Charge (Movement limitations)

My D&D Game Day DM screwed up on this one, allowing us to use any power we had available. Of course, for him it still cost a full round, so maybe it wasn't too powerful (equivalent to 'move, then standard attack').

    Does this work

How about making 'cutting' yourself to trigger the damage cost a healing surge? I had that idea for a blood mage multiclass before I got the books...

    No Random treasure !?!?...

How much wealth do you think the average peasant possesses over his entire life? Me, I'm thinking maybe 100 gp, maybe. Over his entire life. Most people can't afford to buy a magic item, ever. Maybe they saw one or two on display over the years when a merchant passed through town, but to buy...

    Multiclassing Problems

This is a terrible way of looking at things. "Oh, if you wanted freebies from the DM you should have known to pick his favorite class". Sheesh.

    Shouldn't most Rituals be free?

That's the point. Magic does not trump Skill, because otherwise the game sucks for non-magic-users. FYI, that's a bad thing.

    Healing while in combat

A Heal check lets you trigger someone else's Second Wind, but your Second Wind is still just once per encounter. So if someone makes a Heal check on you, you can't use your Second Wind again in the same fight.

    Arcane Shroud

You're probably right. You could even reflavor your Skill Training: Stealth as magical stealthiness.

    Streetwise skill not needed

I might have added "Forage in Back Alleys" to the Streetwise skill use, to put it more in line with Dungeoneering and Nature. I still might.

Stats that don't have + Stat mod

Yes. That seems obvious to me. And sneak attack isn't maximized on a crit, because it's additional dice which are rolled normally.

    Flaming Bat, Man!

NPCs get 1 healing surge (at heroic), but no second wind. The cleric's Healing Word would let him spend the healing surge that he can't use otherwise.

    Arcane Shroud

I had an idea for a new feat: Arcane Shroud [Heroic]: You weave the threads of magic around you to conceal your position. Prereqs: Trained in Arcana Benefit: Whenever you would normally roll Stealth, you can instead roll Arcana. Rolling Arcana in this manner uses all the normal rules for...

    Halflings - What's the Attraction?

Halflings can use the staff as an implement. They just can't swing it around for their basic melee attack.

    Multiclassing - please explain

I'm not so sure of that. It would make paragon-multiclassing more attractive if you could, but normally you can't change your paragon powers. Kurzak T, when you take a multiclass instead of a Paragon Path, you can switch one of your at-wills. Otherwise, no.

    equal or lower?!

The rest are hating on the same old regular level.

When you get a Twice-per-Encounter Power once per day...

That's extremely silly. You cut out the entirety of the Special when you take Initiate of the Faith. Once per Day means Once per Day. So: Healing Word Daily (Special) * Divine, Healing Special: You can use this power once per day, but only once per day. At 16th level, you can use this power...

    Heal skill & Second Wind

The Heal check, however, activates your buddy's Second Wind.

    Monsters and Armour...

More than a few of the people complaining would rather tear down and reject suggested workarounds than actually think for half a second about the power in question. They are more concerned with making an anti-4e point than with recognizing an obvious intent or accepting help. Game language is...
