I hear you on the overgrown kid part. :) I HAVE found that, while minor aches and pains do indeed crop up from time to time, if you have a good exercise regimen going on, it helps loads. I run between 2.4 and 3.6 miles every other day, and am amazed at how few sore muscles happen anymore.
