Maybe it's not exactly what you want, but you could use the Half-Golem template from MM2. They aren't Constructs exactly but have many of the same characteristics. (For a +2, +3 or +4 CR adjustment.)

Does it require Turn/Rebuke Undead? Otherwise you could go with one level of the Earthshaker PrC to get the Earth Domain ability to Turn/Rebuke Earth Creatures. But that needs 9 levels of Druid to get into.

I think Improved Critical (rapier) and Power Critical (rapier) are the most essential so you can take full advantage of the Weakening and Wounding Critical abilities. I also like combining that with the Two Weapon Fighting chain.

The Ninja could work but it seems less effective to me than a Rogue. Especially if I go with a Spryte, the Acrobatic ability, Jump and Climb abilities of the Ninja will be obsolete. The Wisdom bonus to AC is nice though. Maybe I’ll reconsider. Thanks for the thought!
