    Is "Justiciar" the new "Rogue?"

Isn't Justicar a similar title? WoW's tier 4 paladin set is called "Justicar".

    Ranger Build

I remember the bearded guy with the bow, who certainly had a high perception skill, but can't remember him fighting with two weapons. Was it someone else? We haven't seen much of dual wielding for other classes, so maybe the ranger is the only one who specializes in it. Let's see what happens...

Gamer Radio Zero - Races: Choose the Races: D,G,G,H,S

This list will be easy to guess once we got the Monster Manual. I wonder if Hobgoblin will be one of the races to get the options to make them PCs, like gnomes and so on.

    Xp question for WotC folks

As someone said earlier, the DMG may have some guides about this. Giving full XP to non-attending players to keep the level balance, but rewarding those to attend the games with other things (loot, in example).

    Appeal of the defender?

Are you a EJ forums stalker too? :) You can't really force someone to play a role they just don't want. I haven't had a healer in my games for a long while, to the point of letting wands of cure wound (any) be used by any character, since the rogue sometimes fails with UMD. I can't force my...

    Cohorts in 4E?

Considering that they are trying to reduce the amount of actions a player (not character) can take in a round, like, the ones coming from cohorts, summoned creatures, animal ally, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if cohorts have a very little role in the Fourth Edition.

What makes a bard a bard?

Ah man, that was hilarious. Only one of my players likes bards (the others just may just multi-class a bit on it or something) and well, some of the most unintentional funny situations happened to him, so I guess it evolved on being the "joke" class. Some years ago, the group was averaging...

    D&D 4E Comparing 4e Races

You get the chance to play a taller race.

    Neceros' Landscape Character Record Sheet

Good (and very fast) job! (I like the Landscape sheets for 4e, may try to make one for 3.5 too).

    Dex vs. AC

You use the dexterity type of attack, like if using a ranged weapon or a melee weapon with "weapon finesse"*. *I know it doesn't exist at 4e, just trying to explain myself.

D&D 4E New 4e Info! GAMA Tradeshow Scoop

Feats : As you advance in level you gain a number of benefits that improve your capabilities. These benefits are called feats. Typically, a feat doesn't give you a new ability, but instead, improves something you are already able to do. A feat might provide a bonus to a skill check, grant a...

    Excerpt: powers (merged)

Ah, sorry, I made some basic maths mistake. I mixed vulnerabilities and resistances in my mind and not an equal splitting of the damage, like fire thunder being 13/12. Nothing, forget what I said!

    Excerpt: powers (merged)

What happens with vulnerable targets then? -- Todays' excerpt was nice to clarify things, but not too exciting. I like the new character sheet style. Maybe the extra damage on criticals?

    D&D 4E 4E Liker - anything you worry about?

Two big fears, two minor ones. Minor: -Getting the right setting: A few years ago I would have created a new World suited for D&D 4e but nowadays I got no time for it, so I'm planning to play at Eberron...but many things will have to be adapted...and I'm afraid that the outcome would be not...

    Multiclassing via Feats. Thoughts?

Hunter's Quarry seems to be a class exclusive ability(class feature), kinda like Lay of Hands for a paladin, so I guess you can't pick that one.

    Multiclassing via Feats. Thoughts?

As stated by [WotC]Miko, taking those feats may allow your character to qualify for a paragon path of the secondary class.

Ah, nice information. I guess we will get to see more of this next Wednesday.

    D&D 4E Video Review of the 4E D&D Website

I don't think he killed his own argument. It was quite clear : Wizards site needs more attention. Most of his comments were showing a lack of attention, focus, design, etc. Those WoW site, US version, is managed by Geoff Fraizer, who is a gamer and a webmaster, and you can see that he designed...

D&D 4E New 4e Info! GAMA Tradeshow Scoop

I was ~8 and those games were just out of my reach. Al'Qadim felt easier, but Menzoberranzan, Dark Sun, Dark Heart of Uukrul, etc. were just too hard. Too bad he couldn't check more deeply the skill challenges part.
