i always thought of metamaigc feat both regular and sedden to be weak they have some minor uses but i usally don't take one at most is all i've ever had. so as for them being broken i say get yourself a metarod and use your feat for something better.

if you just want the armor special abilities (like Slick) just go with Thistledown Padded. It in races of the wild. It has no armor check or spell failure.
