I concur with Kwalish Kid concurring with Pirate Cat, this is a nice analysis. The 9th lvl elf avenger I've written up looks almost exactly like yours, right down to the feats & powers! Sounds like yours performed quite well, so now I'm especially psyched to play mine.

Yeah, mostly this. The name threw me off. After thinking about it for a moment I totally agree with Plane Sailing though - anything that makes it a good idea to switch up the way you use your powers will help to alleviate the ever-present threat of grindspace (love that term, thanks Vayden).

I think Dazzling Starlight is correct at 13th lvl - it does more damage than Moon Cage, targets Will, and dazes if you're in the right phase. We'll probably see a few powers of each level that grant a bonus depending on the phase you're in.
