Hmmm... that Internet Arcana bit is actually very tempting. I've been considering getting a laptop and doing the CADD setup (computer aided dungeons and dragons), and that could really make things a lot simpler. Heck, 5 bucks for the setup is more than worth it.

Actually, that sounds really cool. I've been tempted to do characters hiding their true alignment, but I've never actually gone for it. Last one was a ninja pretending to be a samurai using multiple Percieve Honor feats (changes detected alignment/honor by 1 step). Never went through with it though.

Has anyone actually done the math for the damage loss/gain for these various critical setups? It's logical that cutting the improved critical & keen stacking weakens high crit range weapons, but by how much?

Detect Magic is your bestest friend. If you can't see it, it doesn't mean it's not trying to kill you. There is no such thing as overkill. If it looks like an orc, talks like an orc, and unfortunately smells like an orc... kill it.

Yeah. If he starts taking War Wizard of Cormyr or something, you might have a problem (enlarging like crazy), but otherwise, area for these spells seems to balance em out.
