I'd have to agree with Starbuck_II. The extra flurry attack you get from expending Ki is not a haste effect so combining it with haste should be fine. That's how our group plays it.

But there is data. We can debate how reliable the various data points are, but you really can't deny that ICV2 rankings or Amazon rankings or even anecdotal stories are data. Sure, they all have different degrees of accuracy and none represent perfect information, but they are all still data.

Hell, modeled after the Christan Hell a la Dante and Milton's Hell, has been in the game for a long time since the early days. You could go the 2E approach and rename hell as Baator and devils as Baatezu and so on. I actually preferred the 2E names, but then again, I was a big Planescape fan.
