Can't seem to access Feats added in the House Rule Section

I couldn't really find anything on this in the manual... and I can't quite figure out what I am doing wrong. I've added a Feat and it never shows up in the list of available feats when I go to create a new character. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks, Ren

Why can't I read the reviews?

I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that you are seeing 99.9% of your websites in the way they meant to be presented. Netscape 4.x is a sub-standard out of date browser. The day it was released it was non-compliant. I'm not sure if you have ever heard of the W3C, but it sets the standard...

Reviews requested - Path of Magic/Sword, R&R2, Nyambe, Oathbound, Requiem for a God?

Ryan, I agree, those two ladies are pretty rough. I actually enjoy Scott and Comics Kindgom alot more, but he tends to have less d20 product than the Book Stan... and I guess I'm just spoiled. I like getting the product as earlier as possible. (Pretty horrible, I know.) Next time you are down...

Reviews requested - Path of Magic/Sword, R&R2, Nyambe, Oathbound, Requiem for a God?

I've never been to the one in Killean, Scott. I do know Terry, the guy who owns it. I've been a regular customer at his store here in Beaumont for about 12 years. I like the fact that they always have the new products the day they become available, and they seem very knowledgeable about when...

A little OT.. It was kind of neat seeing Wild Spellcraft at the Book Stan today Ryan... since you come from Beaumont and all. I made sure all the people in the store knew it. :) Ren

Book of the Righteous,Assassin's Handbook, and Oathbound

Well, I went by my local gaming store today and there they were... I picked them and while I haven't had alot of time to read through them, I'm very impressed with that I have seen. The Book of the Righteous looks gorgeous and Oathbound's production quality is on par with the FRCS. Well, back...

    REVIEW: Villain's Design Handbook (Kenzer)

I would have liked to have seen you mention the overpowered combat maneuvers in the book... they were very over the top. Ren

    Book of Vile Darkness

I did read the entire thread, thank you. Its basically post after post of you predicting that the Book of Vile Darkness is going to cast some horrible shadow over Dungeons and Dragons. The people that think Dungeons and Dragons is evil will always think it is evil, new people will form their...

    Book of Vile Darkness

I still can't figure out what Green Ronin has published that would be called vile, or even close to being offensive in any way. Nathanael, perhaps you are a little too conservative in your views on what should and shouldn't be published with the Dungeons and Dragons name on it. That of course...

Kenzer's Villain Design Handbook -- how setting specific is it?

I picked mine up today and so far it looks pretty good. Lots of solid information on different types of villains (as one might expect). Haven't been able to properly read through it yet.. so I'm reserving judgement. I will say the book is pretty. Kenzer's production quality has greatly...

    Mega Block Dragons

The Sorcerer's Lair has an interesting feature. It comes with a dragon that has a jeweled stone set into his chest. If you take out the stone and place it on the runed stone three of the runes will glow. When you touch the three runes in a certain order a secret compartment slowly opens to...

    Mega Block Dragons

My son's birthday was August 2nd, so I picked up the Sorcerer's Lair, the Dragon Slayer's Set and two chests of warriors (one gold and one silver). He absolutely loves them. The pieces make great aids to anyone that uses minatures... I've already used them twice in my own game. Here is a link...

    Suspension of Disbelief

Watch them. Watch your players like a hawk. As you describe a scene see how they react to your description and then emphasize on what they seem to be interested in. You are the window to the world they are seeing, make sure you are looking into the same window they are, so your desciptions...

    Banishing "Sacred Cows"

I agree with the problem mentioned about high level spells. After playing 3E for 2 years and playtesting it for 3 years before that I have finally quit... high level play is too unpredictable because of insta-kill spells... I want to make challenging foes, but at the same time run an in depth...
