    Scrolls?

I'm attaching my Crafting Calculator excel file. Even a high-level wizard can craft spells at a lower caster level, after all. Also, I allow a scroll with 2 or 3 spells to count as a single item, and this is reflected in the "time to create" calculation in the file. It's just a quick way of...

    +1 Caster Level Ioun Stone?

The DC of your spells does not increase as your level increases. The formula for spell DC is: 10 + (level of spell) + (requisite attribute modifier).

    +1 Caster Level Ioun Stone?

It should say "Spells you cast are cast as if you were one level higher." I believe that is the bonus it is actually imparting.

    Item to hide identity?

I have to take issue with your presumption that True Seeing in any way negates mundane disguises:

    Item to hide identity?

True Seeing is the one spell that is designed to overcome all such sneaky, interesting ideas. With the possible exception of Mind Blank (the effectiveness of which has been debated ad infinitum with little consensus), or spells like Wish, True Seeing is simply unbeatable.

    Swapping feats?

Within 2 levels of selecting a feat I allow characters to swap it out for a new one, providing they have not used the feat in any significant way since it was selected. Essentially, I allow people to swap out feats that they thought would be neat but, in play, ended up never used.

    Is this fair?

It's only useless if the assassins have some reason to suspect it's in effect. After all, the camp with Alarm active and the camp without it look identical.

    Stats for a Butterfly?

Special Attack: Tickle (Ex): By surround its opponent, the Butterfly Swarm can Tickle it. A tickled creature (presuming its anatomy allows it) must make a Will save (DC 10) or suffer a -2 to all attacks, saving throws, and skill checks for as long as the Butterfly Swarm continues to surround it.

    D&D 3.x Ambidexterity in 3.5

The quest for being able to fight with two weapons with absolutely no penalties goes on... Keep in mind that, even if you are perfectly ambidexterious, fighting with two weapons will always be more difficult than fighting with just one. It's harder to keep track of 2 weapons than it is just...

It could be worse. He could be making the phase spider itself a rogue 5/assassin 1. Study for 3 rounds from the Ethereal plane... shift and attack... Death attack + poison.... :D

First PHB ever sold is up for sale on ebay

It has amused me in the past to observe used computer components be auctioned off for more than they cost at the discount stores online, new.

And if you can see yourself in an illusury mirror... can you see the monster sneaking up on you that you didn't know about?

if your DM gave you 200,000 in magicals-what would you buy?

In 3.5 such a DR does not exist. When converting 3.0 material to 3.5 material, all DR that involves a specific "plus" value instead becomes DR#/magic.
