That's a big question. Missing species that haven't made it in yet: Stars, similar to will-o-wisps. Pulling in other races from different planets like Klingon, Vulcan, etc. Any food-based race, similar what one would see on a 2-year-old's television show; ie a talking potato, cucumber, etc...
