I see arcane, divine and primal on the cover. Neat that we get a cover this early though for race/class speculation/confirmation. The OP has it about right with no shield bonus. A light shield has to be better than a buckler. I dislike new weapons that require extra rules (the OP's writeup does not which is why I like it) but I guess I'd be okay with buckler's having the ability to provide a shield bonus once per encounter...

I voted turned based like ToEE. That game had serious flaws, but it still shined because it used the game rules as written. If they did a really polished line of games like that one with the 4e rules and put it out on all of the major consoles as well as PC... I have to assume it would do well...
