Yep. K9 Mark I left with Leela. K9 Mark II staid with Romana. Sarah Jane Smith was given K9 Mark III, and the Doctor repaired/rebuilt Mark III or created Mark IV after the events of "School Reunion."

I started playing in grade school, age 6 or so, and I feel half the fun was not knowing the rules. It helped me to play my character, not the rules system. I would flip through the monster manual and read the monster fluff, but didn't understand most of the crunch. I really wouldn't want to...

I love both characters and their stories, but I voted for Solomon Kane. I'm used to sword and sorcery settings being completely fictional, so I find Kane's historical setting more interesting. I also see Kane as possibly the most determined character ever created.

This holds true for me as well. It is enough players to cover most roles, and the maximum I really enjoy GMing with. In bigger groups, I find some players fade into the background, and the game is dominated by the most vocal members of the group.

Certainly some of the shake is caused by conditions, but even talking to Hawass in his office involved shaking camera and about half a dozen quick zoom ins and outs. I think it's a purposeful choice to show energy/drama. It just makes me sick watching it on TV. It's OK on something small like...

I'd like to watch it, but they seem to have neglected to hire any sober camera operators. Not just crazy amounts of shaky cam, but pointless zooming in and out, plus randomly focusing on people/things in the background.

If I have the room, I'd let just about anyone play at my table. It's obvious he didn't understand what was being asked because of the way the question was worded. If the interviewer had asked if Bieber is the German word for basketball, I bet he would have understood.

I saw Predators on Friday. It was definitely better than Predator 2. It doesn't stray too far from the original, and was an enjoyable popcorn flick.

That's true of the vast majority of States, but entering California is an exception. You can be expected to be stopped and asked about plants/animals you have when crossing into California. Many fruits, houseplants, and pets like ferrets, hedgehogs, and rodents will be confiscated if you want...

I just finished reading Reliquary by Preston and Child. I'm currently reading The Drillmaster of Valley Forge by Paul Lockhart. Dr. Lockhart was one of my favorite professors back in college.

I haven't been to Disney World in years, but it is one of my favorite places. Heck, I'd live at Epcot Center if I could.
