Sickening radiance + wall of force = kill nearly anything. Suggestion lasts longer and is only a level 2 slot. "Run as far away as you can", for 8 hours, will mostly do the same thing. Plus all the other effects.

Sounds less like a feat, and more like just species feature. I.e. Warforged Integrated Components: you can spend a week attaching equipment to yourself. Doing so makes it impossible to disarm.
